White Middle Class

BLACK CRACKER is a reflection by the author on prejudices from his experiences that include extensive travel and exposure to many different cultures. His autobiography provides the reader with the filter through which he sees the world. Share his sometimes happy, angry, sad, frightened, comical, confused or loving look at himself and others. Every person has a story, and this one is worth hearing.

Each "poem," "story," "yarn," whatever you want to call it, tells a tale of some life-altering experience in Simpson's journey through the cosmos. The places he's ventured. The folks he's met. The stuff he's seen and done.

So what is this Middle Class American White Boy all about? It’s sort of a memoir in verse. This second edition contains 20 stories (narratives) (poems) from some crucial or mind-expanding time in my life. The idea is to tell as much story as possible in the fewest possible words. "The Universe", for instance - my own personal War & Peace - tells the tale of my time in Argentina during the Dirty War. When I wrote the account many moons ago it topped out at almost 30,000 words. I have now reduced that same story to a narrative verse of just over 900 words.

The mainstream media and ultra-liberal Democrats can't understand why white voters, especially white men, are so angry. Wayne Allyn Root is an angry white male, and he knows why. This is his story, his testimony, and a look at what's happening to an entire group of good people: law-abiding, tax-paying, hard-working, middle-class people. They're being targeted, silenced, intimidated, persecuted - virtually wiped off the planet.
