Mountain Zen

Seeing the Mountain is a contemplative work exploring how the disciplined clarity of Zen practice can illuminate and deepen a committed Catholic life. Rather than treating Zen and Catholicism as competing worldviews, it shows how attentiveness, interior stillness, and direct experiential insight can strengthen one’s capacity to live the Christian faith with sincerity and presence.

Tian-tai Mountains are famous for their well-known reputation as a residence of saints and immortals.
