Struggling to turn your agency into a business? This book was written for agents by an agent and with a slightly more academic slant than my other sales books. Most of this information is grounded in practical trial and error and backed by data and proven methodologies. I wrote this audiobook not for fun or for my health. I wrote this book out of necessity to transform my own insurance agency into an actual business. When I first applied for a small business loan through the EDC, I got an education really quick as to what I didn't know about what I didn't know.

This book details key property and casualty concepts rarely discussed or found in print; rather, they are often left to be "discovered" over time. These important concepts are now written down for all insurance practitioners to easily access. Listeners will gain a deeper understanding of insurance theories, be better prepared to explain insurance concepts to their clients, and develop a greater appreciation and understanding of the claims valuation process.
