State of Arizona

Arizona is a land of beauty, racial diversity, and politics. Arizona is a land of poverty and great riches. Arizona is out of money. What happens now? The state has told the Federal Government it no longer wants Federal dollars. They have taken control of their destiny under the velvet collar of the Constitution of the United States. The borders are theirs to control, education is theirs to control, and some people don't like the change. What happens now?

Arizona needs water to live. There is never enough water for the crops, the livestock, the mines, the people. What if there were a year when all the lakes filled up and the rain kept coming down? What if one man swore to destroy the Phoenix metro area? How would he do it? Who could stop him? He only wanted a half a billion dollars. Tan Brown, the governor, the general, and friends fight again for the life of Arizona.
