This comic futuristic nightmare finds Ned Nardly using his new theme park for his own evil purposes. Firesign Theatre's David Ossman (as George Tirebiter), comedy legend Shelley Berman, and former SNL comedian Senator Al Franken join the cast of The Comedy-O-Rama Hour for another six misadventures of Sgt. Lefty, Ellis da Boatkeeper, Adam Maxwell, Andy, and Woody (all voiced by Joe Bev); Olive Pitts, Ellis, Mrs. Terwilliger, and Lkie (all voiced by Lorie Kellogg); Ron Drysdale and Jimmy (both voiced by James Folly).

Part improvisation, part audio cartoon, The Camp Waterlogg Chronicles, Seasons 1 - 5 is a five-volume collection of the successful comedy show created by two radio-theater veterans. Each volume contains six one-hour segments of the comic misadventures of Sergeant Lefty, Olive Pitts, Ellis the Boatkeeper, Squeaky Lkie, Stinky Peter, Mrs. Terwilliger, and all the wacky denizens of Camp Waterlogg, the dilapidated camp for kids in the Catskills.

"The Castle Orphans": "How often does he visit you?" added Watson, producing his pipe from his pocket. He searched the same pocket for a match then lit the device. In the variety hour, Joe Bevilacqua performs his own jazz compositions, accompanied by Paul Salomone on piano, Edward Fuqua on bass, Leif Eric on guitar, and Jim Mason on drums. In addition, Joe Bev performs Daws Butler's "Magic Drums" with Joe Gatto on drums, and sings Cab Calloway and Irving Mills' "Minnie the Moocher" as his Camp Waterlogg character Sgt. Lefty and the Chipmunks, featuring Julian Baker on trombone and keyboard. The selections are gleaned from Bevilacqua's hundreds of hours of audio work that spans more than 40 years.

Ellis and Elise are installing security cameras around Camp Waterlogg as Andy and Lkie enjoy spooky stories by the guests of Ranger Joe and Lorie's pre-Halloween party. Meanwhile, Sgt. Lefty and Olive Pitts meet the camp's new dog Sophie. It's Halloween when Mrs. Terrwilliger, Sgt. Lefty, and Olive Pitts think the camp is haunted by the ghost of Pierre Terrwilliger (played by special guest star Fred Frees). It is really Ellis and Elise accidentally playing his last will video over the camp's new security system.

This lively hour of stories, songs, and poems about love were performed before a live audience at Aroma Thyme Bistro in Ellenville, New York. Among the highlights of the evening was a parody of Who's Afraid of Virginia Wolfe? called "Who's Afraid of a Virginian's Wrath?" as played by George and Martha Washington, performed by husband and wife team Joe Bevilacqua and Lorie Kellogg; and Lorie singing "The Aroma Thyme Bistro Opera" and reading "Ode to a Transfer Station".

But now you enjoy them anytime. This audio production was written, produced, and directed by veteran award-winning radio theater wizard Joe Bevilacqua and voiced by Fred Frees in honor of the character Ludwig Von Drake, originally voice by his dad, Paul Frees, and Sid Caesar, who's Professor character inspired both.
