As a passionate teacher of the game, Pacini also enjoyed a successful 28 year career as a collegiate head coach and currently serves as a goalkeeper coach at the collegiate level. In addition to his coaching endeavors, Pacini is a successful broadcaster where he hosts the podcast - GP Soccer Podcast and Direct Kick on WMEX AM 1510 in Boston.
