One of the really fun nights at Grandma's House is without a doubt Movie Night! With such a diverse group of stuffed animals in attendance with all of their likes and dislikes you never know quite what might be on the screen. A comedy? A love story? A scary movie? Grandma spent so much time making her stuffed animal residents feel special that she didn't often have much time for herself. Cooking, knitting, ironing, cleaning, running to do errands, making banana splits for birthdays, fixing boo boos, kept Grandma might busy. All of the residents of Grandma's house appreciated how Grandma looked after them all and never once complained. She always just smiled and said, "My what a busy day!" Ever since the vacation to Slushy Park every year one of the stuffies at Grandma's house got to pick where everyone would go for this year's vacation. This year it was Lilly's turn. Lilly turned toward Grandma and the household of stuffies with expectant looks and squealed, "THE BIG APPLE!"

Nobody ever knocked on the front door of Grandma's house cause the door was always open! One day Maple Darling did come to the front door and call out for Grandma to come outside. Grandma who was just standing inside the house came hurriedly outside.""What in heavens is going on," asked Grandma.
