Für den Zauberer Beelzebub Irrwitzer und seine Tante, die Hexe Tyrannja Vamperl, kann es gar nicht genug Böses auf der Welt geben. Während die beiden einen unheilvollen Zauber aushecken, rotten sich Rabe Jakob und Kater Maurizio zusammen und tun alles, um den Plan zu durchkreuzen. Es zischt und blubbert im Wunschpunsch-Labor! Regisseur Frank Gustavus inszeniert Michael Endes knalligen Klassiker als irrwitziges Hörspiel, mit geheimnisumwobener Musik von Jan-Peter Pflug und untermalt von Feuerknistern und Zaubertrankbrodeln.
