Dass fehlende Motivation Menschen negativ beeinflusst, ist nachvollziehbar, doch Studien zufolge führt Demotivation im Durchschnitt sogar zu rund 23% Leistungs- und Produktivitätsverlust!

In einer Welt, in der schon lange nicht mehr nur die eigene Leistung zählt, ist man gezwungen, auch andere Qualitäten zu adoptieren und zu perfektionieren. Natürlich darf man dabei die eigentlichen Fähigkeiten nicht vernachlässigen, aber Dinge wie Smalltalk, Körpersprache oder rudimentäre Organisationsfertigkeiten sind in der Berufswelt mittlerweile unabdingbar. Aber auch im Privatleben ist es von hoher Relevanz zu wissen, wann ich mit wem wie reden kann oder wann ich was besser selbst in die Hand nehme.
