كتاب رياض الصالحين للإمام النووي الدمشقي يجمع الأحاديث الصحيحة المروية عن الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم في شؤون العقيدة والحياة، مرتبة في أبواب وفصول لسهولة الرجوع إليها. يضم الكتاب 1903 أحاديث مروية بسند مختصر يبدأ بالصحابي غالباً، مقسمة على 372 فصلاً. ينقل أقوال الرسول وأفعاله كما يرويها الصحابة، وأحياناً ينقل أقوال الصحابة وأفعالهم. يتوزع الكتاب على خمسة عشر كتاباً تضم 373 باباً مرقمة بالتسلسل.
