Men’s Health Below the Belt — with Michael Strøm

This week’s guest is Michael Strøm, a specialist in men’s sexual health and quality of life, working at the forefront of non-invasive treatment and education. Based in Copenhagen, Michael works with men dealing with issues that are often avoided, misunderstood, or quietly suffered through — including erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, incontinence, and pelvic pain. Through his private clinic, he uses advanced shockwave and EMTT technology, combined with detailed ultrasound diagnostics, to treat the physical side of these conditions — while also addressing the mental and emotional impact of being a man dealing with them.

Beyond his clinical work, Michael travels globally delivering shockwave workshops to doctors and practitioners, helping raise the standard of care in men’s health. His role isn’t to sell — it’s to educate, inform, and push the field forward.

    In this episode, we explore:

Why men’s sexual health is still such a taboo conversation

The truth about erectile dysfunction and performance anxiety

What shockwave therapy is and how it actually works

The connection between physical health, confidence, and identity

Why avoiding these conversations often makes things worse

Michael’s philosophy: “Men deserve a high quality of life — physically, mentally, and sexually.” This episode opens up an honest, often uncomfortable, but hugely important conversation about a side of men’s health that rarely gets spoken about — but affects millions.

Reversing Decline with Dr Suren Naidoo

This week’s guest is Dr Suren Naidoo, a Men’s Health, Metabolic Performance and Longevity Specialist focused on helping men take back control of their health as they age. Working primarily with men aged 40–70, Dr Naidoo specialises in reversing metabolic decline, type 2 diabetes, and insulin resistance, while reducing cardiovascular risk, restoring testosterone, and rebuilding long-term vitality. His approach is rooted in evidence-based medicine, cutting through the noise of quick fixes and generic health advice.

He is also the co-founder of Vital-health.ai, a digital health platform designed to help individuals monitor vital signs and take a more proactive, data-driven approach to their wellbeing.

After decades in medical practice, Dr Naidoo identified a pattern many men overlook: what we often accept as “normal ageing” — fatigue, weight gain, brain fog — are often early warning signs of deeper health issues.

    In this episode, we explore:

Why fatigue, belly fat, and brain fog aren’t normal ageing

The truth about testosterone decline and metabolic health

How to reverse insulin resistance and reduce heart risk

The biggest mistakes men make with their health in their 40s+

Why data, structure, and consistency beat quick fixes every time

Dr Naidoo’s philosophy: “Ageing isn’t the problem, unmanaged decline is.”

This conversation is essential listening for any man who wants to stay sharp, strong, and energised long-term and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface of their health.

Youth Mental Health & The Voice of Gen Z — with Conor Warren

This week’s guest is Conor Warren, founder of Spark UK, one of the UK’s leading youth-led mental health charities. Conor started Spark at just 14 years old after struggling with his own mental health and recognising how few safe spaces existed for young people to speak honestly about what they were going through. What began as a personal mission has grown into a national movement — creating free resources, campaigns, and programmes that now reach hundreds of thousands of young people across the UK. Spark’s mission is simple: spark conversations around mental health and give young people the tools to thrive. Alongside his work with Spark, Conor is also part of We Are Prysm, a Gen Z-led consultancy helping brands, charities, and media organisations better understand and communicate with the next generation.

His work sits at the intersection of youth mental health, digital culture, education, and lived experience. In this episode, we explore: Starting a national charity at 14 years old Why young people still struggle to talk about mental health How Gen Z culture and social media are shaping wellbeing The role of schools, communities, and media in prevention What the future of youth mental health support needs to look like Conor’s mission:

“Young people don’t just need awareness — they need spaces where honesty is normal.”

  • Protecting Boys’ Bodily Autonomy
    Jan 4 2026

Alejandro’s work focuses on protecting children’s bodily autonomy, particularly boys, from medically unnecessary circumcision. His advocacy has been featured in major outlets including The Sunday Times, The Mirror, the British Medical Journal, Community Care, and UnHerd — bringing much-needed attention to a topic that often sits at the crossroads of ethics, religion, and human rights.

Before joining the National Secular Society, Alejandro worked as a medical doctor in the NHS and holds an MA in Medical Ethics and Law from King’s College London — a background that gives him a uniquely informed perspective on both the clinical and ethical dimensions of this issue.

    In this episode, we discuss:

    • The ethical and human rights implications of non-therapeutic circumcision
    • Why protecting boys’ bodily autonomy matters
    • The tension between religious freedom and child protection

  • What Is a Men's Circle and Why Do Guys Join?
    Nov 2 2025

Men's Circles with Pasco Ashton This week’s guest is Pasco Ashton, Founder and CEO of Men’s Circle, an international network dedicated to men’s wellness, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection.

After losing two close friends to suicide, Pasco realised how deeply men struggle with isolation and emotional expression — including himself.

What began as a small, informal men’s circle with friends in London during the summer of 2020 has since evolved into a global movement.

Today, Men’s Circle has trained over 55 facilitators who lead peer-mentoring spaces where men can openly explore manhood, masculinity, and mental wellbeing.

More than 1,000 men have participated in these circles, finding community, vulnerability, and strength through shared experience.

    In this episode, we discuss:

The story behind the creation of Men’s Circle

Why men’s spaces are vital for emotional resilience and growth

How vulnerability and brotherhood can save lives

The tools and mindset needed to lead meaningful men’s groups

Pasco’s philosophy: “When men meet in honesty, they find connection. When they find connection, they find healing.” Pasco’s mission is clear "to equip men everywhere with the tools and confidence to build strong, authentic communities of their own. This conversation is a powerful reminder that the cure for isolation isn’t found in silence it’s found in brotherhood."
