I found this podcast by searching and it has dramatically improved my work and my spiritual, emotional, physical health. I am excited that they have so many options to choose from to listen. I've listened on different platforms. If you are any kind of neuro-nerd or just a human being interested in how human minds and bodies work, then you should listen. The topics are varied and yet connected. I've been able to see patterns in my own life and my client's lives. Great information and great delivery.
