Jack Duffy is a college student and bagpipe player who found his voice by bringing his bagpipes to ICE raid protests in Los Angeles, Oregon and San Francisco. The haunting yet powerful instrument is a call to action for the 21 year-old who strongly disapproves of the ongoing immigration raids and is willing to face off with law enforcement and even be arrested.
