  • S3E6: Be The First You Needed
    Feb 2 2026

First Monday of Black History Month. I stand inspired by the heroes before me and committed to paving the way for those after me. Growing up, I searched for someone who looked like me, who lived a story like mine, navigating life with a body impairment — and I couldn’t find it. That absence hurt, but it also gave me direction. I realized if I didn’t see the example, I had to become it. I had to build the person that younger Joshua needed to believe in.

If you don’t see it, believe it. Then create it. Even if you’re the first one.

  • S3E4: Manifest the Version of You You Haven’t Met Yet Part 1
    Jan 19 2026

In this episode, we talk about manifesting a future that doesn’t exist yet—and learning to believe in a version of yourself you haven’t met.

    Not the perfect version.
    Not the healed-overnight version.
But the brave, growing, still-showing-up version.

When you’ve been through trauma, loss, or long seasons of survival, it can be hard to imagine anything different. Your nervous system gets used to protection, not possibility. So manifesting isn’t about pretending everything is fine—it’s about choosing growth even when you’re still healing.

    In this conversation, I share:

    • Why it’s hard to believe in yourself after pain

    • How to picture a future without pressuring yourself

    • The difference between fantasy and faith in yourself

    • Becoming before you feel ready

This episode is for anyone who knows there’s more ahead for them, even if they can’t fully see it yet.

    You’re not behind.
    You’re becoming.

  • S3E3: Roses Were My Friends When I Couldn’t Have Friends
    Jan 12 2026

Roses Were My Friends When I Couldn’t Have Friends

In this reflective episode, I share why I’ve always seen people as roses.
We need thorns to protect ourselves.
We’re allowed to wilt so we can return stronger in a new season.

During a period of homelessness, I lost something deeply meaningful to me—over 500 handmade roses that once covered my wall and became part of Admire Wear’s story. They were thrown away. And somehow… that’s okay.

Because the meaning didn’t disappear with them.

This episode isn’t about loss—it’s about resilience.
About learning that growth doesn’t always look like preservation.
Sometimes it looks like letting go, trusting the season, and continuing to bloom anyway.

If you’ve lost something you poured your heart into—this conversation is for you.

    You’re not broken.
    You’re becoming.

  • S3E2: One Word To Define Positive Growth This Year
    Jan 5 2026

Growth doesn’t always come from doing more.
Sometimes it comes from choosing one word—and letting it guide how you think, heal, respond, and move forward.

In this episode, I invite you to slow down and reflect on the word that defines your positive growth this year. Not a resolution. Not a goal list. A word that meets you where you are and helps you become who you’re meant to be.

    We’ll talk about:

    • Why one word can be more powerful than a dozen goals

    • How growth looks different when you’ve been through pain

    • Choosing a word that supports healing, not pressure

    • Letting intention lead your year instead of survival

This episode is for anyone who’s tired of starting over and ready to grow—gently, honestly, and with purpose.

    You’re not behind. You’re becoming.
