for you to catch your breath.

You become conscious of your breath again.

You're able to relax your shoulders down and back again.

You may not be smiling, but your Soul is.

God Is.

You're Hearing... that tone, that Key.

Remembering that Presence IS your prayer.

That is work.

His breath is doing its dhikr,

which is the connection between him and God.

It goes on automatically, "dun, dun, dun."

In the same way as the heart continues beating, although we are not aware of it, a Sufi's breath, his dhikr,

is beating "dun, dun, dun, dun" with the connection to God.

That is the dhikr.

That word goes and beats against Allah with every breath.

That is true dhikr,

and Love.

Stop when you realize the Light is (seemingly) off,

and turn It on.

And then everything starts.

Just like when Prince said, 'when I go on stage, my mic is on',

when I'm praying, my Light is ON.

The Light is praying.

The Love is praying.

That's how you pray in Jesus' Name.

You pray in, with, and AS His Love.

Ask in His Love. Surrounded by and fully feeling, fully filled with His Love.
