  • The Future Of Movement Assessment & Injury Prevention | Quantify How Your Body Moves W/ Physmodo
    Mar 6 2026

In this conversation, we sit down with Andrew Menter, founder of Physmodo, to discuss how computer vision and AI are transforming movement assessment — and why quantifying human movement may soon become as essential as measuring heart rate or blood pressure…

Andrew is a former Division I collegiate athlete turned entrepreneur whose work sits at the intersection of biomechanics, injury prevention, and fitness technology. Born in South Africa and raised in Dallas, he began his athletic career in tennis, earning a national ranking in a Texas state championship before receiving a scholarship to Brown University. He went on to compete throughout college, including four Ironman events, before channeling his competitive drive into building technology that objectively measures how we move.

Through Physmodo, Andrew is pioneering fast, objective, and repeatable movement assessments using advanced computer vision. He does this to help fitness professionals, physical therapists, chiropractors, sports teams, and gym owners better understand mobility, stability, symmetry, and injury risk.

Join in to learn more about:

    • What inspired Andrew to start Physmodo.

    • How computer vision can assess mobility, posture, and biomechanics in minutes.

    • Why movement screening may become a "vital sign."

    • The power of measuring movement consistently.

    • The two primary causes for injuries.

  • Regenerative Breakthroughs: Caleb Granger On Stem Cell Exosomes & the Future Of Healing
    Mar 2 2026

In this episode, we explore the complex world of degenerative and inflammatory conditions, and how stem cell–derived exosomes may offer a new frontier in regenerative care. Joining us to share his perspective is Caleb Granger, the Founder and President of Apex Medical – a cutting-edge provider focused on advanced biologic therapies.

Apex Medical harnesses high-concentration, clinical-grade stem cell exosomes, which are tiny extracellular vesicles released by stem cells. These vesicles carry proteins, lipids, and genetic material that help cells communicate and promote tissue repair. With growing interest in their potential to modulate inflammation and support tissue regeneration, could exosomes represent a major shift in how we approach chronic disease, joint degeneration, and neurologic decline? Caleb sits down to explain…

Hit play to learn more about:

    • The two pillars of Apex Medical's regenerative approach.

    • How stem cell exosomes differ from stem cell therapy.

    • The ways in which exosomes are introduced into the body.

    • The intersection of biohacking, longevity, and regenerative medicine.

Before founding Apex Medical, Caleb held senior leadership roles in the spine and orthopedic industries, overseeing marketing, sales, and product strategy at NuVasive and SeaSpine. His experience includes product development and earned recognition for top sales performance, which has fueled his mission to bring innovative regenerative medicine to patients.

  • The Silent Killer: Dr. John Osborne On Detecting & Preventing Heart Disease Before It Strikes
    Feb 28 2026

What is the real killer when it comes to heart disease? Can the right cardiac testing truly mean the difference between life and death? In today's episode, we are joined by Dr. John Osborne, a Harvard-trained, triple board-certified cardiologist and Co-Founder of ClearCardio, to break it all down…

Dr. Osborne earned his B.S. with honors from Penn State University, his M.D. magna cum laude from Jefferson Medical College, and a Ph.D. in cardiovascular physiology from Thomas Jefferson University. His postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital helped shape his expertise in non-invasive cardiology. Board-certified across multiple disciplines, his work focuses on preventive cardiology, metabolic syndrome, and cardiovascular genetics.

Recognized as the American Heart Association's Cardiac Care Provider of the Year and named a Top Doctor multiple times, Dr. Osborne has authored original research papers, book chapters, and delivered hundreds of international presentations. Through ClearCardio, he is advancing proactive cardiac care by integrating AI-powered imaging to detect plaque earlier, quantify risk more precisely, and empower patients before symptoms appear.

In this episode, we dive into:

    • What actually causes heart attacks and sudden cardiac death.

    • The role of soft plaque vs calcified plaque in coronary artery disease.

    • Why many heart attacks happen after a "normal" stress test.

    • The limits of stents and why they do not necessarily extend longevity.
