I’d expect one great storyteller can find another but Taylor Sheridan’s finding Tom Nelson is a remarkable gift and as incredible as it is completely understood. As a 30 year NYC cop, “justice professional” and correction commissioner equally split between community supervision and prison. I can’t tell you how delighted I was to read this civic bible, advice manual and tool kit to not die in prison. Now, as an adjunct you can bet it’s on my student’s reading list.
