    What is neurodiversity? how does it differ to personality and what are the things we can do to try understand and embrace our difference? These are just a couple of the questions that Chris tries to answer with Ben and Becky. Ben works on the ADHD pathway and Becky on the Autism pathway in CAMHS. This episode gives a real insight into the sort of things people who are neurodivergent may struggle with, but also the ways to try and manage these potential struggles and how they overlap with mental health.
