Anyone fortunate enough to be born in a western nation today can, in fact, become financially successful. With the right set of beliefs and the right mindset, anyone can climb the ladder to success no matter what their background or circumstances. I became a millionaire (net worth of at least $1 million) before my 30th birthday. I am just a regular "middle class" guy with a job, kids, and a mortgage, just like the next person.
This audiobook outlines the 24 things of which I can attribute to my financial success and that anyone can incorporate into their own lives and achieve similar results. This audiobook will help you develop the beliefs and mindset needed in order to start building wealth beyond what you thought was possible.

Now, the reason for my title is I feel like it starts off with generic tips for a beginner to jumping into more advanced tips for real estate wealth creation that you need more background for.
It also felt at times like it was more of a book just recommending other books than a standalone statement.
I could have used more of an emotional connection with his story up front so I become more pulled in. Then build upon that.
I really think this book would have benefited from a professional editor to keen in on its thesis.
Regarding the performance, the narrator was on point but there were at least 2-3 edits that never happened. At one point he made a mistake, clapped to make it easier to find where to edit, and then restarted the sentence. That’s super helpful for an audio engineer, not for the audience though.
TL/DR: The author is sincere and trying to share the tips that helped him become a millionaire. It’s his first book and ultimately is more just a collection of books to read than a standalone book.
