Sexy and Smart

Another sexy, smart story by Melanie. I loved the strong, intelligent heroine, Jules and the swoony, sweet, but take charge Noah. The chemistry!!💥 SHE continued to fight, but Noah knew what he wanted and it made for an incredible push/pull- will they, won't they?  
 
And the sweet moments...those quiet times when they were able to talk, really talk without the business and who he is getting in the way of them discovering each other were so good. His behind the scenes help, refusing to announce, "Hey look at what a good guy I am!" showed his respect for her. He wanted her, but didn't demand it.  
 
You definitely need to pick this book up. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Even Better The Second Read...

I've read this book twice now, and I loved it even more the second time around! The narration by two different actors really immerses you in the experience of the story, they did a great job!

I love Juliana. She is one feisty redhead, and millionaire Noah Rutherford meets his match when he marches in to reform his father's hospital, where Juliana works. He's not used to being challenged, and watching Jules put him through his paces was pretty hilarious. Their chemistry is pure fire!

I love Ms. Smith's writing. She has a gift for creating characters that are believable and relatable. Her psychology is always spot on, and her books never fail to entertain!

GREAT READ!

I really enjoyed it. This book was full of drama, humor and romance! The narration was great. The author did a great job with the character builds and plot. I look forward to reading more books in this series! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Sweet Medical Romance

This is the third book in the Life Lessons Series. This is a sweet medical romance. The characters are interesting, and the storyline is filled with drama, and twists and turns. Rachel Woods and Jake Bordeaux did a good job with the narration. I was given this review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Male audio 👎

Umm… what to say…. I love full cast audiobooks but clearly this duo was not working. It can be told that they didn’t read together because our female’s voice fluctuates, has volume, control and feeling. And our male’s voice sounds like a very updated Alexa or Sir. He’s very monotoned, robotic and god awful. Sadly it destroys the story.

The plot is exactly what’s you expect from a smut book. Unexplainable love I treat, aggressive male, female now unpowered because she’s getting laid and can’t see how amazing she but now she can conquer the world and face everything thrown at her except for the love of this unwitting man who she almost let’s go but at the last minute it all makes sense. And they live happily ever after.
