If every therapist and psychotherapist on the planet could repeat this to their clients, like a mantra, again and again, there would be fewer therapists and psychotherapists. Because it works. Very quickly. Realising that what you're worrying about and stressing over doesn't really matter so much in the grand scheme of things is the door to freedom and healing. And the little profanity 'F**k It' is the key to that door.

Buddhist wisdom teaches that the minutes and hours of our days do not simply march from future to present to past---looming, engulfing us, passing us by forever. Thoughtful, real insights on yoga and life
Anita Perry's Yoga Wisdom is a delightful, thoughtful collection of her blog posts on yoga and its application both on and off the mat. Divided into short, easily digestible chapters, with thought provoking content, you are bound to sit and think on how yoga is truly a bigger practice than what we do on the mat. Anita's words give a little nudge of encouragement, an "aha!" moment, or even a pause for reflection. Further, we find in Anita a voice with the true wisdom of the yoga practice and its many valuable benefits beyond the body. I highly recommend this read/listen to anyone looking for deeper, yet real life applicable, insights of yoga practice.
