This book addresses a critical void in the professional conversation! This is the very book I needed 10 years ago when I was in an environment that actively avoided this part of life at work. The author clearly leads the reader through the context of the topic as well as provides specific tools to facilitate conversations about mental health at work. She provides excellent perspectives from both the employee role as well as tools for organizational leadership to incorporate. It is rare I read a book that I occasionally shout out "Yes, that!!" The tone is engaging and approachable, creating a fun read. I highly recommend this book!

Stellar Presentation and Set of Tools for Important Conversations
