Hell Yeeto!
I love the way this author makes "dieting " sound fun! What did it for me also was the practical, every day "hacks" and information that anyone can use to shed unwanted pounds and still have fun doing it. I love that it does not read like a textbook, instead, it's as if it is interactive...it speaks to me on an individual level. Really great book. I will shed those pounds with this book by my side! #Yeeto for Keto!

Keto Fun!
I’m just getting started in this lifestyle. Really enjoyed the different take on this and the way the author has written with so much personality in the writing which you can see you with the chapter titles. I really enjoyed chapter 5, 6, and 7… how you can combine intermittent fasting and how Keto really works. Also gut health is super important to me because I’ve struggled with that last bonus to have recipes to use!

What is Keto?
Until today I had no idea what the keto diet was. This book gives a great outline of the keto diet and how to follow it for good health. The best part of this book is organizing your pantry so that you can have a successful keto journey. The beauty of this book is that you can listen and follow along to the best parts several times.
