Wyn is a sweet, low-angst novella and part of the Monstrous series. Monstrous is a post-apocalyptic m/m fantasy series that features monsters and human men falling in love and is intended for mature listeners. It is best to listen to this series in order.

That voice!

A whole book filled with that monstrous voice of Win was fantastic. Our first look into the monster world for this series was amazing. So glad we got more time with Danny and Wyn, they are such an entertaining couple.

An entire audiobook of Wyns growly voice *swoons*

Michael Lesley as Wyn could read the phone book and I would love it. His growly, deep voice for Wyn is perfect, only beaten by his Texas twang as Charlie. I loved listening to the story of Wyn and Danny tethering theit lives together. looking forward to the next release in this series.

Top Tier Narration

Michael Lesley did a fantastic job narrating Wyn’s voice! There were moments when my jaw hit the floor it was so good. I’ve read books 1-3.5 so far, but this is the first one I got on audio and it was so good I’m going to get all the others on audio as well. It heightened the experience for sure!

In the head of the Soul Eater

Did I already know I love Wyn’s character? Hard yes. Did I know I absolutely NEEDED his internal dialogue? No but I do now. This story is completely adorable. I snorted with laughter several times, and realized if I were in this universe, I’d probably be Wyn.

Performance was spot on as always with this VA.

Just perfect.
