I LOVED THIS BOOK! I had waited for it to come out on audiobook and it is amazing. I’m going to listen to it again immediately!

I kove this book the most in the series and audio is no exception. The performance was excelent. And I adore Seraph and Lilac together.

Performance was fantastic, This was a good book to listen to, but not as much action as the books before which made it feel slower and longer. I wasn’t much of a fan of Lilac but Seraph made me want to give him a big hug.

Such a good series!

If you've liked any of the books so far, then you'll like this one. It's honestly so sweet all things considered. I absolutely love these two as a pair. They work so well together. Recommend!

Beautiful Seraph! Another fantastic narration by Michael Lesley!

4.75 stars- Another great book! Seraph himself is a precious, tragic monster with a heartbreaking origin story. He starts as a wild, violent, and terrifying presence but transforms into one of the most beautiful and endearing characters in the series.

Lilac is equally compelling, bringing a fascinating blend of creepiness and kindness to the story. Michael Lesley’s narration perfectly captures his eccentricity, making it easy to imagine Lilac as a man who cares deeply for his people while also being a bit unhinged. This combination makes him the ideal partner for Seraph, and their dynamic is both chaotic and deeply moving. Lilac’s protective nature is particularly satisfying—it’s exactly what Seraph needs to heal and thrive.

Another highlight of the book is the involvement of other beloved monsters and their mates. Michael Lesley’s talent for voicing multiple characters at once truly shines here, adding layers of depth and humor. From Danny’s big news about the time place to Edin’s union-forming ambitions lol, and Rig’s unwavering loyalty as a best friend, the ensemble cast adds richness to the story. Aury’s ability to form friendships with all the monsters is heartwarming and serves as a beautiful reminder of the bonds that tie this world together.

Seraph is an emotional, thrilling, and deeply satisfying read. It’s a testament to Lily Mayne’s skill as a storyteller and Michael Lesley’s brilliance as a narrator.

This story!

This story is incredible from start to finish! It’s so different from the others and I loved lilac and seraph’s story. The slow burn of it all and the heartwarming aspect was just so so good 😍

Phenomenal!

I have really enjoyed all of the audiobooks leading up to Seraph. But this one really stands out. The characters are just great. I couldn’t wait to see if and how Lilac could find happiness and love. He sure as heck did all while remaining g his knarly self. The combination of Lilac and Seraph how they grew to know each other and trust and how he cared for Seraph when no one else did was just wonderful. One thing that really stood out with this audio was the concept of found family, how all of the monster/ human couples came together to work together toward a common goal to help combat evil and to help Seraph. I loved every bit of it and can’t wait to move on, and of course, the narration, chef’s kiss

Good performance!

I absolutely love this series! But the way this man has brought these wonderful characters to life has been incredible to listen to! This is one of my favorites out of the series and he knocked it out of the ball park! Can’t wait for the next one! Until then I will replay and replay and replay Heehee 😉
