wrong place, right time
I really enjoyed listening to this book. It had a lot of humor in it and made me laugh. At the same time it touched on some of the realities of life and showed the characters insecurities and vulnerabilities. Good read!

Enjoyable
Really liked the second in the Bourbon Street Boys series. Plenty of action, romance, and mystery, and I liked that it showed more of the inner workings of the business. Well written with well developed characters. Good job from the narrator, too!

Narrator ruined the experience
The storyline was pretty decent. The narrator's female voices were acceptable. However, her male voices were terrible. She made men described as big, tough, security guards sound like uneducated teenage buffoons! This ruined the oversaw experience with the performance. I cringed every time the fake Louisiana accent was used for the male characters. Wish I had purchased the kindle edition-because I would have enjoyed the story to its full effect.
