So many favorite characters, I knew I may lose some along the way… so good but dang… need to get book 9 ASAP

I went through this one very quickly. It took over every waking moment trying to finish because it was so action packed and just when things would calm down, BOOM, something else would explode and sometimes literally. I don’t do spoilers, but I will tell you if you’re going to read this author, you have to be willing to accept the loss of some of your favorite characters, even some that have made it all the way through to book 8 that’s all I’m gonna say. I know it’s for the greater good of the plot and story but… sigh…. So worth it but still I’m a little sad. I cannot wait for the next installment. The narrators are wonderful, and I will look for more books narrated by them.

Loved it

Wounded is the eighth book in the Rylee Adamson series and I just had so much fun re-entering this amazing world. I was just drawn into this wonderful story and I just couldn’t get enough of it. It was just so easy to get lost in this great story. I just didn’t want it to end. I just lost myself in it and I just couldn’t get enough of these interesting characters. I can’t wait to see what’s next from this author.

Love, love the dramatized version of this audiobook! The action, drama, budding love interest, and mystery make for a well done paranormal story! The characters are entertaining and the story is interesting and captivating. I received a free copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

It’s all coming to a head

This is my second or third time reading through this series and even though I know what’s coming it still breaks my heart every single time. Rylee is put through the wringer in every single book but it’s thanks to the love of her found family that she never breaks. This book is no different and watching everything come together makes all of it worth it! Of course, Lauren Fortgang kills it every time with her narrations and this one she knocked out of the park.

Never has a title been more perfect for a book. I read this when it came out, and have been listening to the audiobooks as a refresher, and my heart breaks all over again. This story is fast-paced, full of action and tragedy, and yet I absolutely couldn't stop. the narrators do an amazing job
