With triplet eight-year-old daughters, I don't get four-hour study blocks in a quiet corner of the library. I get an hour here or 15 minutes there. This book is for those commuters, busy parents, and working students who need a "fit it in" approach to studying pharmacology. This book has multiple rapid-fire questions, answers, rationales, and mnemonics that you can do alone or with a partner to help you understand pharmacology better and remember the content longer.

For many, drug interactions are one of the most frustrating challenges in family medicine, geriatrics, and ambulatory care practice. Even if one is up to speed on what drugs interact with one another, it is often unknown how to manage that specific interaction. Throughout the book, I share some of my management tips and pearls to help you feel more comfortable with managing drug interactions. This book is a perfect piece of education for pharmacists, nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, and nurses who are looking to pick up clinical, real-world practice pearls.

I’ve been asked to speak at a few schools on tips for succeeding in residency. Rather than give them a few tips in a PowerPoint or hand them one of the books I’d already written, I asked myself: At the moment a student gets the very first interview email, what is their next best step? This audiobook is that first step - a quick run-through of do's and don’ts, so you don’t get blindsided. Hopefully, you’ll optimistically listen to it ahead of that first interview email.

Publisher's Summary
Moms didn’t ask to be the household manager, yet many find themselves coming home from work to a team that struggles to help. Other handbooks put the onus on mom to figure out how to motivate the team, but what if dad and the kids got together and figured it out for themselves? What would it be like to no longer have to ask for things to happen, but they happened because that’s just the standard – clear counters, floors, and a clutter-free environment?
In Without Being Asked: How Can Dads and Kids Help Around the House to Reduce Burnout?, a pharmacist dad and his triplet eight-year-old daughters work to find their own decluttering way. After a few weeks of missteps, the house now remains consistently clutter free. Progress continues on new organizing projects and the general level of stress and anxiety that comes with a multiple-kid household is much lower.
Imagine after a long day at work, having a completely uncluttered walk from the entrance of the house to the bedroom. The kitchen countertops and floors are clear of clutter, the kids’ coats and shoes are on hangers and in cubbies, and the laundry baskets stand empty. You ask your kids why their hair is wet; they say, “Dad gave us baths.” Then, when you ask about dinner and homework, they say, “Maybe you need to relax in the bath, Mom, we already finished it. By the way, Dad left some food for you in the fridge.”

This audible was excellent!
This audible was very informative. I loved how I was able to get a husbands point of view on things. Chapter 6 was one of my favorite chapters I liked how Tony was fixing things around the house and said how he had to change the way he would speak for example he learned to reframe his self from saying "what can I fix" to "what could be better". The way he rephrased the question helped him take a better approach. It most defiantly takes a team to get things done around the house and when everyone pitches in it makes life so much better. Team work makes the dream work! This was a great read and I recommend husbands to read this book as there are a lot of good tips that can be taken away from this reading.

I loved how I was able to really connect to it
After reading this audio book it is really making me reflect on my life. When he first talked about invisible labor It really connected with me and everything I do for my little family. I cannot relate to him with having children, but I can relate to when I first bought my home with my fiancé. I feel sometimes I do so much, and it all goes unnoticed. so, I really enjoyed listening to this and hear him give all this credit to what moms do for their families. I also believe that everyone should listen to this audiobook because it really makes you think of everything you do and everything your family does for you. For example, my fiancé works long days out in the field and he always come home to dinner a clean house and laundry is always clean, folded and put away for him. But on the other hand, he does so much for me! for example, when something in the house breaks or the grass needs mowed I never has to ask him and I now will start being more grateful for all his hard work and saying thank you more often.
