As if that's not weird enough, when Paige's ex-husband winds up dead, she becomes the primary suspect in his murder. Can Paige write another book, figure out the mystery surrounding Willow Lake, and also prove her innocence? Or will all her dreams go up in flames?

Southern story at it’s best

The story is cute and well written for an easy listen. I appreciate the romance without the down and dirty details that I don’t really want to hear. Being from the south, I can appreciate the sayings and wittiness of the characters, even making me laugh out loud at times, but this series stood out due to the narrator, Molly Stark. Her reading was like a friend telling me a story, not some actor trying to have a southern accent and messing the book up with irritating word pronunciation and emphasis. This series stood out and I even used a precious credit for a short (5 hr) book. That means I really loved it!

Storyline

This is a new series for me and I am going to learn some new terminology for witch craft. I’m ok with that. lol

Delightful narrator, unusual story line!

Much more than a cozy mystery; and not a dark mystical novel; but just as exciting to hear what will happen next!

Misophonia review

The beginning was almost dumb enough that I almost stopped. It finally picked up to the point I cared a little about the characters. That being said I don’t know what happened to the audio. Like it was fine in the beginning. Nothing triggering. Towards the end in the ice cream shop it’s almost like she was getting over laryngitis and her voice sounded more forced and the hard consonants started coming out really hard against the mic. I almost stopped again. How one goes from a great recording to those horrible sounds in the mic I don’t know but do better please.
