“She said”

I found it very distracting in the story to hear ‘she said ‘ the story was fine.
I started cringing every time, which was frequent to hear ‘she said’.

Good!

A wholesome tale with a couple unexpected twists. Had to play at 2x speed, but other than that it is a great for a quick listen!

Funny and entertaining

My husband and I both listened to this together. We enjoyed it so much. It cute and a bit funny at times. We can't wait to listen to book 2.

Witches always have a “ spell”

Book was hard to stop listening to until the end. Full of twist and turns.
You never know “ who you think you think people really are” until the end.
Delightful read.

So close…

I wanted to love the book, but it lacked development. Audio Performance wasn’t the issue but the writing was. The story had great bones but needed more world building and showing instead of telling.

Great First Book

I enjoyed the book. For the first book in a series, I believe the author set a great tone and I know that it will improve as she writes more.

wanted to like this, but meh

wanted to like this book, but between the performer miss pronouncing words, and it reverting to more of a book for kids, the best I can give it is a 3 star

Disappointed

This audiobook didn't hold my attention. I did like the story line, however the narrator didn't pull me into the story!

Overall not bad.

The story has great potential. Seems the writer is young. I can not wait to see the story unfold.

Great series.

I really like this series. There are parts that have me laughing out loud. It’s fun not serious. The narrator is great. I’m glad I found this one!
