Absolutely Incredible

This one pulled at all my heart strings! This audio was so incredibly special! Teddy and Savannah did such and incredible job bringing these characters to life! This is definitely one of my favorite books Elsie has written!

Wow !!

The way I binged this book in one sitting was crazy. I loved West and Skylars relationship and growth together thoughout this book. The found family was perfection and West's kids accepted Skylar with open arms into their home. This book had me crying, giggling and kicking my feet.

fancy face and coach thick thighs are adorable and perfect. West is an incredible mix of carefree dad-joke-making goofball and sensitive, protective, responsible man and it is a delight. And Skylar. My girl. She’s breaking free and finding herself in a place where she can truly be herself and it’s beautiful. Emmy and Oliver are fantastic and so like West’s two sides it’s adorable.

This audiobook is PHENOMENAL! Teddy Hamilton perfectly captures West’s attitude and charisma and Savannah Peachwood is a forever favorite of mine. She’s the best Skylar. And the songs performed by Alyssa Brigiotta. Wow. I don’t have the words! Such an incredible experience for your ears! And heart. And soul.

Breaking news…. This story owns my heart. I love the single dad trope, and West is an amazing dad 😮‍💨 I loved his relationship with his kids, Oliver aka Ollie, and Emmy. Oliver is my favorite character and seeing his relationship with Skylar made me tear up on multiple occasions. Emmy is so cute, and she knows what she wants. This kids were such great side characters.

I absolutely adore Skylar, and loved her character growth so much! Seeing the change made me proud in a weird way 🤣 I loved her relationship with West’s kids, and how they instantly take her in to their lives.

West is the hottest dad. The way he treats and adores his children is heartwarming. I loved their interactions. I am so happy that the kids are in a lot of the book, and we get a good amount of them.

The two songs included in the story were absolutely amazing! Savannah’s (narrator) voice when she sings is gorgeous 😍 Photosynthesis and Wild Eyes needs to be record and released.


“Just in case it’s the last one 😭” I bawled when I hear that.

Highly recommend this story, and especially the audiobook. The narrator did an outstanding job and added so much to the story through their different voices and emotions.

The Bear Though

In classic Elsie fashion, she had me laughing in the first chapter. And then she made me cry too. The range of feelings I felt while I binged this entire book today was vast.

Skylar needs a break from her stifling celebrity life. She takes a sabbatical to Rose Hill where she runs into West, the commitment-free, single dad who quickly shifts her priorities.

Skylar and Weston are so special. I loved their connection. The “breaking news,” the kids’ personalities, the squad goals I can see emerging, the spice 🔥 and obviously, the banter!!

Teddy Hamilton and Savannah Peachwopd filled my ears with all the happiness and did such an incredible job bringing Rosie and West to life.

How can you not love this!!

*Bows down to the Queen* At this point I think we all pretty much love Elsie and her writing. I think what makes it so addicting is the way she keeps delivering books that feel different. While staying with the small town and cowboys, she always finds a touch that makes each book special. That combined with the hilarious banter and the characters and the steamy hot spice really creates a recipe for greatness and produces an unforgettable story that will sweep you off your feet.

From the very beginning, you’re drawn into Rose Hill with so much detail and emotion that it feels like you’re living the story yourself. The characters are beautifully crafted, each with their own unique voice and depth that make them leap off the page and into your heart. Even the dahmn bird captured my heart!

Skylar is a well known country singer who has come to town to escape her messy life. When she comes to town she makes her entrance with a bang. She runs into Weston Belmont and they go from strangers to friends to lovers. West is a single dad with two kids and no plans on getting involved with a woman. Emmy and Oliver do not make it easy for their dad to stay away. I loved Emmy and Oliver and the way they warmed up so quickly to Skylar was adorable.

Skylar absolutely broke my heart. Everything she has gone through and all her insecurities and the way she never really felt like anyone cared about her really made me feel for her as a character and want to see her loved. Who better to show her how special she is than a cowboy who tells it like it is. West and Skylar was a slow burn but one in which you can feel the tensions growing as the story progresses. The swoony moments and the spice will make every second you waited worth it! Their love story was really heartwarming and I loved seeing how they got their HEA as a family.

What a freaking audiobook! Teddy Hamilton and Savannah Peachwood were perfect together. I love Teddy as a cowboy but also enjoyed getting the emotions from him in how much he loves his kids and Skylar. Savannah was such a fun Skylar and the way she was able to hit the vulnerable side of Skylar really made the performance shine.

This blew me away

Wow. This was captivating. Our narrators brought this story to life. I cried, I laughed, and man did I swoon. The music was such a beautiful touch.

Had me hooked from the first chapter!

This book had me falling in love with the main characters from the first chapter!!! Their story had me laughing, crying, and feeling all the feels 🩷 Both of the narrators were excellent and the SONGS blew me away! Best Elise Silver yet!!!

BEST Audiobook

I loved West and Skyler’s story so much. I have no words. This is probably one of the best audiobooks I’ve listened to!!! The singing in this book was the perfect touch 🥰
