The text called the “Seven-Line Prayer” is said to contain the most sacred and important teachings of the Nyingma school and is recited daily by many Tibetan Buddhists. White Lotus unlocks the secret of the prayer and explains its meaning on many levels.

The author, Jamgön Mipham, was a celebrated nineteenth-century scholar who was known for his prolific, lucid, and original writings on many subjects, including science, medicine, and philosophy—in addition to Tibetan Buddhist practice and theory.

Thank you so much for putting this work on Audible. I find myself able to hear the scriptures while driving and going about much easier than sitting down to read, thanks again.

Great quality and content!

This is not a good choice for audio. This book requires the careful consideration that only a careful reading of the print version can provide.

This teaching is supreme and is ideal to be read, studied, and applied as much as possible. The recording sounds like it was done on a cheap and old home recording unit before good technology was available. It also sounds like he did it in the his bathroom because the “I’m down in a well” sound quality is poor and the reading being negligible. Certain words were unintelligible at times and that is a real disappointment. Sadly, the recording is not in keeping with the quality of the dharma that it is communicating. It should be re-done in order to be worthy. I listen to it anyway because it is better than nothing. I bought the kindle version so I could see everything that was supposed to have been recorded to insure proper understanding and practice.

Sweet Primordial Nectar ❤️☸️✨ It’s like listening to someone tell you a bunch of the sweetest secrets, only to realize that you knew them all along.

I've read some reviews that have been a little critical of the narration and sound quality; however, this teaching by Jamgon Mipham Rinpoche, like rare nectar found in hidden vases, is a direct pointing out to the innermost nature of mind. That it's easily available and not sequestered away is a great indication of just how … absolutely fucking necessary it is in this degenerative age. May it bring great benefit to all who hear it. Ah la la!
