Praise for When's Happy Hour?

“With their new book, the Betches have embraced two of my favorite things: feminism and getting shit done. Their advice for succeeding in your career is profane and practical, high on straight-talk and low on bullshit. From one betch to another—highly recommended.”

(Sarah Knight, New York Times bestselling author of Get Your Sh*t Together)
"There's no guarantee that reading this book will make you successful, but if it doesn't, you'll at least definitely know - it's not them, it's you." (Michelle Wolf, host of The Break with Michelle Wolf)
"If you've ever found yourself crying in a bathroom stall at your corporate job, or wondering who the magical unicorns are that actually know what the F they want to do with their lives, this book is for you. When's Happy Hour? is a hilarious, strategic, and practical guide to getting your life together and taking pride in your career path. The Betches will teach you how to confidently ask for a promotion, decode email lingo, and realize why it's imperative that you do not get blasted at a company party and accidentally hook up with the IT guy. Pour a skinny marg, dive in, and get ready to be the #BossBetch you've always dreamed of being."

(Cara Alwill Leyba, author of Girl Code and Like She Owns the Place)
“Do not even think about taking over the world until you’ve read this book.” (Whitney Cummings, author of I'm Fine... and Other Lies)
"Whens Happy Hour? is both candid and hilarious and offers insightful advice for anyone who is reevaluating their work and pursuing their true calling. It walks women through every aspect of the workforce from crafting a resume to furthering your career once you nail down the position you want. A must-read for women everywhere!" (Lori Harder, author of A Tribe Called Bliss)
“You can't stop these Betches! When’s Happy Hour? delivers a strong dose of humor while also sharing real world insight on how to thrive professionally. The perfect mix of LOL meme worthy moments and profound truths makes for a must read for any lady grinding it out.”

(Jaclyn Johnson, CEO & Founder of Create & Cultivate and Author of WorkParty)

As an older women in the workforce, this book gave me some reminders of the basic needs in my field. However, I couldn't fully relate to some of the suggestions given.

The consistent encouragement for women to be great. Not a bad book for women right out of college.

I read some of the reviews saying this is basic, didn’t learn anything blah blah blah. Yes it may be basic but it was well written and narrated. Unfortunately a lot of younger adults do not know most of the info in here and i believe will be really helpful for that next generation. The amount of young adults i interview who don’t know anything is disheartening and i hope this book helps them. Love the betches and this book hope the next one will be more depth about their business and social media skills and how we can apply or to our business.

Must read for millennials

Love the Betches books. I’ve been a fan of their pod casts, books, store etc.

I was V excited to get them on audio book for my road trip.

However, the reader sounds like your uptight spinster aunt who wants to hang with the “cool kids” reading it to you. Couldn’t finish listening due to being annoyed by her emphasis/fluctuations on the one liners and matter of fact tone.

Betches, I love you all so much but please re-record with someone who has a personality and encompasses the Betches brand.

xoxo

Great book, needs a different reader

inundated with "probs" and "like". not even passably funny. Skip it!! "Like it's really bad" "Probs should have passed!"

Just skip this

This book is for people who are completely lost. Any person who's ever had a corporate job will know everything in here. The lady speaking is irritating and says "o-m-g" and "t-f" instead of actually saying what they mean. I'm the demographic for this book, but it just makes me sad for our society. I wasted a credit on this, do yourself a favor and don't get it.

only for people who have no idea how to function
