This information feels so obvious. I don't know why I never saw it before. I was so interested in changing my child that I didn't even consider what I was doing to cause the challenges. I found the parts on expectations and standards especially helpful. I am going to sign up for the class when I see it offered next.

Good reminder that mothers are only humans

A great reminder to have self control and controlling our mad side. I love my son so much but I sometimes lose my cool. I cried when I cooled down and said sorry to my son. I don’t want to be a monster mom.
