great for people pleasers
this book was so validating and taught me why it isn't my job to keep everyone happy. I feel so much better about life. great principles are taught and examples given as well as space to practice. great book.

Life-changing book
After a lifetime of being a decent listener and feeling like I had to help “fix” everyone’s problems, this book has given me emotional permission to just listen and validate. I can already see how it is helping all of my relationships. This book is a game-changer.
