Amazing insight and thought provoking ideas. I really liked how they broke issues down, explained them and then gave suggestions on how to course correct.

Great book. Easy listening

Very helpful book. Easy to listen too and the topics were very relative to real life scenarios. Ide listen to it again probably.

Short, honest and incredibly helpful

This book is helpful for the depressed or for the partner of someone who is depressed. It is full of truly helpful information so that you can change the way you approach depression. I recommend this book to anyone in a relationship where depression is involved.
