Their reasons were kind of weak. If her mother shops because she’s bored then she should get a job. And her dad shouldn’t work so late to be home for dinner.
And the marriage counselor said to divorce after 3 months? Not a very good therapist.
Besides the weak plot, Stacey’s reaction and the way she dealt with it was well done. It’s relatable for kids with divorced parents.
