Great ideas and motivation

Good, down to earth information

This is my first review. I downloaded this audiobook because of the high ratings and the shortened time (to fit a specific time slot in my day for multiple listenings). I am very pleased with the amount of common sense, no brainer information that is delivered in a short time. I appreciate the information delivered in layman's terminology (everyday language), straightforward manner and without the hokey ocean sounds, birdsong or "soothing" voice that is akin to a kindergarten teacher. A prior Comment referred to "commercials" for other products when actually the author gives direction to additional information if desired. I highly recommend this book.

Good sound advice

Weight loss Motivation Hacks is simplicity at it's best. Simple changes bring around long lasting habits. This audio book is read clearly and easy to understand. Just like all of Derek's books good sound advice that only works if you apply it.
Simply a must read if you have struggled with bad habits.

Short, Sweet, and To The Point

This isn't your typical "don't eat this" book. It offers skills and advice on how to take your life into your own hands, all of which is applicable to more than just dieting and weight loss. I like that it's so short and and succinct - I'll be listening to it again whenever I need a reminder of what drives me and what changes I can and want to make.

Quick, simple, informative.

Great little listen for my commute to work. Nice and simple but informative and explanatory at the same time.

Also, due to it only being 45 mins long and my commute to work is usually an hour, I can make a habit of listening to this once a week for a few months just to help memorise and practice the techniques.

Solid tips but nothing new

Enjoyed the conciseness of this book and Co. Boned a lot of mindset tips from. Other good books I've read. There is definitely something for shorter books where you can take the tips and go action, as opposed to being bombarded for 7 hours and doing little after.

As always you have to action the steps you feel are beneficial it won't just happen! If you read a lot of improvement and mindset books you'll. Unlikely take much but if you don't this is a good resource

Really Motivating!

This book has some excellent tips and exercises to get you started. Unlike some books it does not dither about and repeat itself while you get bored. It is positive but in an unpatronising way. It also provides some worthwhile further resources, websites and reading. I'd fully recommend it as a start to your weight loss journey.

so motivational

this is great, the best thing I've listened to to motivate me. really helpful tips to get you started, and makes the first step in my weight loss journey seem so much easier than I first thought. definitely worth having a listen if you're serious about making changes. highly recommend.
