Really interesting and relaxing
This hypnosis recording is a great tool as part of your self care and weight loss programme. The voice is a a bit techy at first, but within minutes I was used to it. It’s really relaxing and time will tell if it works 😉, but I do feel good and positive every time I listen to it!
