Good intro

I have only listened to the introduction and the chapter of affirmations and those are supposed to be chapter 5 but they are on chapter 6 not sure why?

Easy to listen to...

Of the other audios I've listened to, this one was definitely the easiest to go thru (start to finish)...no weird, Twilight Zone/B movie music to jar you out of the peaceful state it puts you into...
I put it on at night (& fall asleep before chapter 4) so it works subconsciously...it's my hope, that is...to work overnight on my brain!
