this series went down hill

I loved the beginning of this series but as it went further on the author added an certain automaton character, and she was the worst written character I have ever encountered. she completely derailed the series but I still listen cause the story was good enough to forgive. Then he added another one and now it feels like I'm reading a romance novle with a love triangle between robots and one man. if the author was so horns he should of created a relationship with the elf and left it at that, instead of this weird robot fetishist he has going on. Honestly I don't know if I can continue with this series anymore, wich is a shame because it was SOOOOO danm good.

Great additions

This book was a good contribution to the series. The pace was fast enough to be entertaining and had good continuity. Can’t wait for the next one!

Outstanding book series!

This has quickly become o e of my favorite series. Tons of action...live the writing and the narration is exceptional! Keep them coming!

Read or Listen

Great series and the story has been consistent and making the characters lovable or hatable. Narrator brings it to great listen.

Stats being located in skippable locations makes it easy to keep up with the story while listening.

Great action again

This story continues to get more interesting, definitely can’t wait for the next book. Hopefully it’s here soon

Another great book in this series

I have listened to these books back to back for the past two months. The characters are great and the story keeps me locked in. Can't wait to hear what happens in book 13.

Just as good as the rest

I do wish there was an easy way to skip the stats sections. It would be nice if you could choose to have those sections jumped over instead of having to listen to them. Gets repetitive after a while.

Great story and reader. wish there was 10 more, 13 not enough! Definitely recommend all his titles.

worst in the series so far

apart from the narration going quiet at frequent intervals the story this time around just didn't hold up to me. I really don't like the relationship he has with his robots(really just selena) and he also gets a political marriage with someone he had known for all of 20 minutes and adopted her kid. I really just ruined at around that point.
