I really liked this follow-up to their happily ever after. I don't know if it was really good because I didn't have any true expectations, or if it was really that good. I didn't even know the book came out and I stumbled across it yesterday. it's nice to know what happened to the couple

A Cozy Read

Having read the 1st book I was excited the story continued. I easily identified the charactors, but wasnt sure how much time had passed as they sounded really old, After realizing they were just portrayed in grief it made more sense and the voices werent so dramatic. Overall it was a really enjoyable book and I do like the narration. The book had all the twists & turns and human emotions to please and a satisfying ending.

Emotions were EVERYWHERE

Oh I loved this series!!! 12 years I’ve been waiting for the answers of “what about Maddie and Aiden? What about Stubbs? What will they concur next!? This story is absolutely amazing and I was able to connect with Maddie on so many things. As a mom who has went through a placental abruption and a divorce. Someone who has went through life with the feeling of “if?” Over my head. It’s so nice to be able to relate to an amazing character and I’m glad to mark this as my first read of 2024 and can’t wait to see where Victoria goes next!

Wonderfully sad

I did not expect the storyline to be so serious. I picked this book because I have read all the titles by this author. Normally, I don’t choose “heavy”books because for me personally I like books as an escape from the day to day. This book was a deep look into grief and the turbulent process of acceptance. It was heartbreakingly beautiful. I am so happy that I chose it and even though it touches on some very hard subjects I would strongly recommend it.

I loved this book, it went so well with the one. I loved the way everything worked out. The narration was great. It made it feel like everybody had their own ways and the right intensity.
