Just keeps getting better!

I have followed this series in audio from the very beginning & I am just amazed at how great a storyteller Mr. Mixon is! This series is what space opera is all about. There are numerous character studies that have such depth that they immediately drew me in & got me hooked into wanting to follow each of their stories. As with any space opera there are emotional highs & lows with each chapter of intrigue, battles, victories & losses. I am honestly in awe as to how he can keep up with all of them in such great style! It is even harder to do over the long haul & I can truly say that this story is every bit the equal of all the rest. I will look forward to the next journey as the team fights to save humanity!

Due to the time constraints of my work I am only able to "read" with audiobooks, so a great narrator is also high on my list of "must haves". Veronica Giguere is more than a match to meet that challenge! Her narration really brings this story to life for me with a wide range of individual voices for each character that adds to their authenticity. If you are looking for epic adventure that will hold your attention, for 12 titles & beyond, this is the series for you!

Great Story

Part of the story seemed to be rushed, but overall a great story. Glad to see Julia stopped being such whiny brat.

Epic Military Sci-fi

I love this action packed, attention grabbing, suspenseful military science fiction series. This is an awesome space opera in which Terry Mixon excels at plot development and world building. His characters easily drew me into the story with their engaging, dimensional personalities and relatable traits and flaws. This fast paced book with plenty of action and adventure picks up where book 11 ended, advances the story and resolves some issues established in previous books. This story left me in suspense and I can hardly wait for the next book to be released. This is the first book of the series that I have had the pleasure of listening to on Audible. Veronica Giguere provided each character with a unique, recognizable voice and her performance brought additional life to the characters. I was provided a free review copy of this audio book and am voluntarily leaving this review.

Man vs. AI

I requested a free review copy of this audio book in exchange for an unbiased review. This book was very enjoyable to listen to due the narrator's voice and reading. The plot flowed easily. Characters were fairly well developed. There were a few areas where I really had to suspend belief, such as the computer specialist's incredible knowledge, but I recommend this book.

This is a great series with well fleshed out characters. The plot of this book is very grabbing from the start. Once in a while, it feels a bit slow but then it picks up again. The narrator does justice to this book and is able to capture the characters as well as the tone of the book very well.

Survival is Victory

I have absolutely loved this series. Close to my favorite on Audible.
This book is another notch in the chain of why I love this series as well as the author and narrator.
Plenty of action. Awesome characters with depth and emotion that you can feel and know are real.
As long as Terry Mixon keeps writing like this and Veronica Giguere keeps narrating as she does then I cant imagine a better combination to listen to.
