Love of Jesus

My heart is full and I feel hope, faith and relief from strain. A story of not just human love, but that of our God and Father. I admire Martha’s strength and reading about her encouraged me to strive to be mindful of my own strifes to overcome. To not worry so much. To let the pain go.

I loved this book and how Mary and Martha were portrayed. Beautiful women of God.

A great story!

We know little of the background of Mary and Martha and Lazarus, other than Martha was a hard worker, Mary was not interested in household duties and Lazarus was raised from the dead. This book gives them so much more life and personality and interesting details!

I loved the voice of the narrator. The story of Martha’s life was truly interesting and full of hardships.

Great Christian based fiction.

This is the first book that I have read by this author, but I love this genre. I liked her eye to detail her emotions and her characters. I will definitely be reading more of her books.

The best

I have to honestly say that this has been the best interpretation of what if in curiosity about Martha and Mary story. Narration was awesome and brought it all to life. Thank you. Can’t wait to read the next book.

Such a beautiful story!!

I loved this! I felt like I was really getting to see what Martha’s life could have been like. I felt the author did really good research and appreciated her twists on the story, they still felt like they could have been realistic to Martha’s life.

It’s been a long time since I’ve loved a book this much! It was a beautiful, well-written book that kept me engaged & intrigued!!! It was the perfect ending of my Lent sacrifice-to only read & listen to books about Jesus. It prepared my heart for Easter this Sunday! I can’t wait for more books to come out in the series! This book is on my tops favorite lists of all time!
