As an actor, Alesha has appeared in Kenan (NBC), Criminal Minds (CBS), New Girl (FOX), Magnum P.I. (FOX) and has recurring roles on the Detroiters (Comedy Central) and Grand Crew (NBC) just to name a few.

Alesha began her career at Viacom where she hosted several top-rated series including HotWyred, The 5ive, and 106 and Park for BET. Alesha also starred in Girl Code and Guy Code for MTV and has worked for E! News. She has been the face and voice behind multiple brand campaigns including Honda, Wells Fargo, Home Depot, Procter & Gamble and McDonald's and Walmart.

Serita Wesley is the co-creator and writer of the Audible Original series, Unleash for Love. She has more than 15 years of experience in the entertainment, marketing and podcasting industries.

Serita is currently the Head of Entertainment Podcasts for Sony Music, launching chart topping podcasts for Emily Ratajkowski, Clea & Joanna of Netflix’s The Home Edit, RuPaul’s Drag Race legend Shea Couleé and more.

Previously, Serita was an executive at Fresh Produce Media and Westbrook Inc, working across shows such as Red Table Talk Podcast, Positively Gam and more. She also co-founded, produced, and hosted the iHeartRadio Award-nominated podcast On She Goes a travel and lifestyle podcast for women of color.

Kyle Shevrin is a writer and director. He is the creator of the popular scripted podcast series UnWanted. His work in film and TV includes the following titles: BloodShot, the Hulu series Woke, the Nike series Put You On and commercial work for Gillette and Uninterrupted.

About the Producer

As the Head of Production for SBH, Nicole Shelton oversees an exciting slate of original scripted programs including the award-winning Summer of 85 (Audie 2023, History/Biography) and Finding Tamika ( Webby 2023, and a duPont Award for Excellence in Journalism 2023).

Shelton is a Grammy-nominated and Audie Award-winning director and producer. Prior to her current position she worked with an impressive array of A-List talent on their audio projects including Lupita Nyong’o's Sulwe, Matthew McConaughey's Greenlights, Tiffany Haddish's The Last Black Unicorn, and Laurence Fishburne on The Autobiography of Malcolm X.

With over 20 years of experience in entertainment ranging from live music to special event programming, her past clients include Vh1, MTV Networks, TNT, Food Network, and NBA Entertainment. Shelton loves the work she does and strives to create more opportunities for people of color and women in the audio space.

About the Post Producer

Tyrrell Harrell is a trailblazer in the entertainment industry, dedicating over 20 years to passionately creating innovative ways to tell stories through audio and visual mediums. Tyrrell is a two-time Audie Award winner, as a Director and Post-Producer for Reel: Hollywood Renaissance and Post-Producer for Delilah Green Doesn't Care and was nominated for a Grammy in 2023 as the post-producer for Amanda Gorman’s Call Us What We Carry.

A sound engineer and cinematographer turned director and producer, Tyrrell set his sights on Atlanta and founded TYDEF Studios in 2019. While TYDEF produces a vast array of audio programs, it is known for producing world-class audiobooks and audio dramas and is the first and only, to date, Black-owned production company that provides services to every Big Five publisher.
