Another great state of true crime!

I love the unique concept of United States of True Crime focusing a book on each state. I've listened to most of the states and I feel the author gets better as the series progresses. I enjoy the way she tells the story that sticks to the facts without all the speculation popular among amateur detectives in the genre.

Of course gruesome acts are covered, but not in a way that is vulgar or insensitive.

If you like true crime you should definitely check out this series!

Great New England True Crime!

I loved everything about this book. The series is amazing and this installment didn’t disappoint. Loved learning about the Dulos and Moxley cases. The author/narrator does a crystal clear job articulating the important facts of the story.

The worst Connecticut has to offer

Hudson's true crime series continues with a look at the worst crimes committed in Connecticut. in this edition, the author shares a terrifying tale of a home invasion, and a serial killer from the early 20th century. Other cases covered include a murder caught on film, a convicted serial killer that was executed by lethal injection, and the high profile murder of 15 year old Martha Moxley.

Another riveting true crime installment

I love the United States of True Crime series. The author gives great short synopses of each case. She gives just the facts without opinions and her voice and the production are excellent. The victims are treated with dignity and the offenders aren’t glorified. I recommend this to anyone who likes True Crime and wants to learn about many different cases without too much armchair detective speculation.
