Great story but,

I have listened to many of Mark Tufo's books. I really love the banter between Mike Talbot and BT! Most of his readers probably don't notice but I wish the author paid more attention to detail such as, there are no Lance Corporals in the Army. Only in the Marines. Also, the author would start a chapter with, "Darlene - I-70", yet Chico, CA is about 680 miles from I-70. These little things make me cringe a little when I hear them but I will still buy his books.

Runnette never disappoints. That cannot be said enough.
The story had me hanging waiting for the next shoe to drop. I really like this version of Mike, BT and Tracy. Can't wait for the Talbot reunion!

Love the book. can't wait for part 3. Mr Tufo, Great story as always. The pair Of Mike & BT is always flawless. Always make me laugh.

Great series but........

love the series but there are no Lance corporals in the US Army or the National Guard that is a Marine rank

I waited a long time for the next installment of this series and was not disappointed. I can't wait to read/listen to the next one.

More Talbot Please

Great story. I just wish there was more Michael Talbot in the story, Great job guys. I look forward to the next installment of United States of Apocalypse.

good series

I've listened to a lot of Mark Tufo books and enjoyed listening to the trouble Mike and "Lawrence" get into. This series and book are definitely enjoyable and it's an interesting change having another character set introduced into the plot, but for some reason I haven't been able to get into this series like I have with the rest (especially Indian Hill).
Don't get me wrong, it's still a good series and worth listening to!

That was worth the wait, but too short!!! Now I'm on pins and needles impatiently waiting for books 3, 4 & 5....etc.....hint! hint!!

Absolutely incredible! I downloaded it at midnight to get through my shift. Just finished it and will be listening to it again! Can not work for the 3rd!
