From the start it captivated me and kept me hooked listening to what happened next. A entertaining read!

Not Your Usual Storyline

OK. This book has me in a bit of a quandary as to it's rating, not sure if should give it 4 or 5 stars. I was personally confused throughout because even though this book uses terminology & situations that take place when characters are some type of shifter...but, that was as far as it went along those lines. My 2nd tiny issue is that I found the slow methodic paced husky rendition a bit frustrating. I solved it by speeding it up just a little bit & then it was great. The narrator was fine but needs to hone in more on differentiating male & female characters' lines.
Now the positives, there are many. I liked the storyline and how it develops. I like the characters; even the ones that bubble up anger & hate. Caution there are quite a few different possible triggers in this book: rape, violence, forced situations of captivity, sexual situations, etc. Oh and it is a multiple partners story.
I really enjoy how Bridgette is a strong, sassy, young main character. Character development was handled well. I was surprised by a little twist with one of the characters but....I can't tell or I would be providing a "spoiler". I would like to see a follow up with more info on the supporting character's lives including Ike's story. I would really like to see Judge's POV sometime. I really enjoyed the book but don't expect it to be your regular shifter book. If that's ok, then you will enjoy the twists & turns in Bridgette's life.

Interesting

Loved this book and cannot wait for more. I hope the next book is about Marcus and Dillan. I enjoyed all the crazy and unhinged chaos.

Had Me Hooked!

5 star listen! The female narrator was great - I loved how husky (I think that's the word I'm looking for) her voice was. I was hooked. This book has everything you could want - drama, anger, laughter, sexy times — everything you could ask for from a book with the right amount of unhinged chaos we can expect from Cassie Lein. Definitely enjoyed & recommend if you're looking for a dark omegaverse.

Loved It!

Unhinged by Cassie Lein is a Dark Omegaverse story. This book had my jaw on the floor, like WOW. Cassie really did an Amazing job with this story and I swear I was gripping my kindle. This story was dark, steamy, jaw-dropping and so much more. The twists and turns that I was not expecting from this story or our FMC. This is one of my top favorite FMCs of Cassie's to date. Whew. This story is a MUST READ!

Unhinged By Cassie Lein was narrated by Nym Kingsley. Nym did a FANTASTIC job bringing his story to life. I swear I loved this story even more listening to it via audio. The way Nym not only did the characters justice but even bringing a bigger spark to the story by doing all the little tells such as the evil laughs, PERFECTION. I'm so excited to hear more of Nym's work in the future.
