The Protectors series crosses over with some of my other series, so for the most enjoyment, they should be listened to in order, but it is not required. You can find the correct listening order at the beginning of each book. I love Sloane Kennedy and her books. Always a pleasure reading and listening to her story’s. Definitely got to give Michael Dean around of applause for his narration of these characters and bringing them to life. Can’t wait for the next one.

Three is always better

This book had so much depth and feelings.

My heart broke for Everett seeing how much his son hated him when all he wanted was to be by his side during his recovery. Everett just wanted to show Reese how much he loved him.

Everett had to deal with so much loss and having Reese reject him just made it worse. On top of that he couldn’t deal with what he was feeling for both Gage and Nash. He couldn’t believe two beautiful men wanted him.

Losing the only man he loved and then falling for Nash and Gage just filled him with guilt. But he couldn’t stop his feelings for both men.

My poor baby Nash. He really had it rough. No wonder he was so closed off and grumpy. Being betrayed by the person you loved and then going through hell to survive wasn’t easy. And in top of that having to hide your true self was just heartbreaking.

Gage didn’t have it any easier either. Being a single dad was harder than he expected yet his love for his daughter was unmatched. I love how open he was to accepting his feelings for both Everett and Nash though he was willing to sacrifice himself in order for the two of them to be happy.

This series isn’t for the faint of heart. The amount of pain, loss and trauma is a lot, but the HEAs are so worth the pain😅

A Delicious Threesome!

And again, Ms. Kennedy delivers an interesting story, with a beautiful love story..., stretched between three beautiful men. Without giving away vital plot elements, suffice to say it is a Statly Affair from beginning to end.

With a very sexy story amongst the men involved, it will surely satisfy the most discriminating of her readers!

Unexpected Second Chances

Who knew that a story about a secretly gay former president of the United States finding another shot at love with two men at the same time would be so amazing? These men were so fun to watch come together and overcome their own fears and struggles for each other.
