An important point of view

This book was both challenging and inspiring. It approached an understanding of poverty and injustice from what to me was a unique angle – the way we valorize the rich and demonize the poor in the United States. Well written and compelling.

Too busy to sit down.

Thank you for reading this book. I attended Santa Barbara City College, and Tina Kistler introduced this man in one of her classes, and I had the opportunity to attend his lecture. I bought his book under the affluence. I worked three jobs to get through college, and still work 50 to 60 hours a week. Later at San Joaquin Delta College, Anthony Canella introduced me to Affirmative Action. Graduated with Interdisciplinary Studies, Social Science and the new introduction into linguistics through humanities and anthropology…. My suggestion read Genesis 11:7.

Awesome book. Should be part of high school studies. Mr. Wise does a great job in letting you know his background and explains the topics in an easy listening manner.
